Taking it One Moment at a Time

It literally is taking each moment to moment.

Things can change in an instant. Especially when you have kids. Especially when you are dealing with infertility. Especially when you are pregnant. Especially in this world we live in. And let’s be real, just in life.

.

One minute can be going great, the next can be a meltdown or mood change or - “how the F and I going to handle this!”

.

One minute you realized you forgot something, dropped the ball or plans aren’t going to workout. And the next minute you are deep in the present moment laughing and looking at Christmas lights with your Little in Lowe’s.

.

Infertility is - one minute it’s good news you have lots of embryos, the next it’s a call that none of them passed genetic testing.

.

Pregnancy is - excited and feeling great the next is nausea, fear and exhaustion.

.


Blowouts and blowups to heart bursting and crying tears of gratitude. Tiredness and how am I going to make it to, how have I ever done anything else.

.

This is life and the moments of. Enjoying and recognizing each one in it’s entirety as the ability to live life and step into your true self. Present and aware .. and empowered AF because you got this
